Dependent on the nature of your complaint, it will usually be dealt with as a stage 1 or stage 2 compliant. Our complaints policy has more details.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the investigation and response to my complaint?

You can ask the Local Government Ombudsman to investigate our handling of your complaint for free. This is a free service and their job is to investigate complaints in a fair way.
