Stage 2 complaints will be investigated and responded to within 30 working days
What happens if I am not satisfied with the investigation and response to my complaint?
You can ask the Local Government Ombudsman to investigate our handling of your complaint for free. This is a free service and their job is to investigate complaints in a fair way.
